Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

Unboxing Video: Transit Damage or Wrong Item

For transit-damage or wrong-item return and refund claims, record and submit a complete unboxing video as evidence:

Start recording before opening the parcel, cutting any tape or removing any seal. Clearly show the sealed box, shipping label and outer packaging.
Record one continuous video from start to finish. The video must be unedited and uncut, with no pauses.
Keep the parcel/box fully in frame and the camera focused on it throughout, until every item has been removed and inspected. Clearly show all contents and any damage or incorrect item.

Keep the item and original packaging until the claim is reviewed. Contact us within the return window above with your order number and video. Verified transit damage is eligible for the applicable refund; verified wrong items are eligible for return and the applicable refund. A replacement can be arranged with your agreement.

If a complete video is unavailable, contact us with photos, order details and any other supporting evidence. We will assess the claim fairly on the available evidence. These evidence requirements and the exclusions below do not exclude or limit your rights or remedies under applicable Indian consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange requests.
